Joining Click in 2012, already with more than a decade of top-level recruitment experience working for one of the largest recruitment agencies in the UK where she delivered candidates for global blue chip and SME companies, Zoe is a vital part of Click’s efforts to hire and retain the best talent in search and digital marketing.

As an Associate Fellow of the CIPD, Zoe now provides the agency with a full generalist HR service, providing recruitment, onboarding, payroll, offboarding, training and development with the leadership team – all while maintaining expert knowledge of policy and procedures, and keeping up to date with employment legislation.

Zoe is an active participant in delivering an HR strategy that aims to build the agency’s employer reputation, culture, and succession planning. A committed and driven individual, Zoe strives to create a workplace where people love what they do and where they can feel valued and supported as they develop and grow.
