Since graduating from the University of Liverpool, Will gained almost 5 years of experience in data analyst roles at the Department for Work and Pensions before joining Click in 2017 as a Paid Media Executive – where his exceptional ability and grasp of paid media in general have led to a rapid rise to his current position of Head of Paid Media. Will is Google Ads Certified and, during his time at the agency, has managed many campaigns across the Search and Display networks, specifically specialising in Display.
Will’s role as Head of Paid Media involves exploring the full Reach, Consideration and Performance stages of a user journey, ensuring the team is at the cutting edge of the field, managing the agency’s special access to Google beta products and managing the day-to-day success of client accounts across the department.
Will’s keenness to keep up to speed with the latest industry trends has seen him consistently achieve and exceed KPIs across his portfolio, while his eye for detail, data fluency and understanding of the paid media process has enabled him to provide expert paid campaigns in multiple industry verticals and in several countries – including heavily regulated industries such as finance and healthcare. He now seeks to inspire similar passion and performance in all members of Click’s paid media team and is an important part of the agency’s leadership team.
